I'm Kris Bucci, and I run UO Custom Homes.

Before building homes, I spent 22 years in the Navy. A lot of how I work comes from there.

I keep the company small on purpose. One or two builds at a time — no more. When you hire UO, you get me. I'm on your site every day, I answer your calls, and I stand behind the work. There's no project manager between us.

Every build runs cost-plus. You see what things actually cost — every invoice — plus a fee we agree on before we start. If something changes on your build, you hear it from me first, with real numbers.

I build in Sooke, East Sooke, Langford, and around South Vancouver Island. It's where I live. The trades on your build are people I know and bring back job after job.
