After serving over two decades in the Royal Canadian Navy, Kris Bucci transitioned into residential construction in 2019, bringing with him a strong sense of discipline, precision, and leadership. As the founder of Uncovered Oasis Development, Kris is passionate about building high-quality executive-level homes and small multi-family projects in Victoria's Westshore Region.

Kris’s approach to construction is rooted in integrity, excellence, and collaboration. Having spent over a decade coaching youth baseball and hockey, Kris brings his love for mentorship into his work, guiding the next generation of tradespeople with the same dedication he’s shown to developing young athletes.
His vision is to create homes that stand out for their craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Uncovered Oasis Development delivers custom solutions that meet the unique needs of modern homeowners, ensuring every project reflects both quality and innovation.
Sari Ringma - Owner/Lead Designer/Realtor
As the lead designer and realtor for Uncovered Oasis Development, Sari Ringma is passionate about helping clients transform their ideas into beautifully designed, functional homes.
